Tone of Voice
How do you think your company sounds? So many companies concentrate on marketing material looking ‘nice’, but is that enough? Use a tone of voice document to establish your companies values, personality, message and vision. This will give all your communications a consistent 'voice' which will help strengthen your brand.
Vision
A Vision is a long term goal that the company can aspire to. A direction in which the company is heading.
Message
The message is a sentence or two that outlines the overall company purpose and direction. It should be aspirational and try to include words derived from the values or personality.
Values
Values are beliefs that you should hold as a company. They should remain strong and influence both internal processes and external communications.
Personality
The personality for a company is the same as a personality of a person. They influence the way you come across to other companies and prospective clients. They also lead communications in how you express yourself and your activities.
