Customer journey mapping central to design of Mattioli Woods website

Earlier this year, Greendog landed the contract to develop a new mobile responsive website for national wealth management group, Mattioli Woods plc. 

The new website will focus on customer journey mapping with updated content and a fresh new look. Mattioli Woods also selected Greendog’s system Woof!, which moves away from traditional ‘back-end’ management systems and provides a user friendly platform to enable multiple users to maintain and update their sites.

Commenting on the project with Mattioli Woods, Laura Parry, creative director at Greendog, said:
